scribblings on my notebook: long overdue.

I've been waiting all week to say this..... the weekend is finally here!! whooot whoot. Thank u andrew for the erm.. very 'loud' reminder. Hahaa.. boy am i proud to say that i'm finally blogging once again. Unlike andrew who still manages to find the time to blog constantly despite his busy schedule at work, i on the other hand find it difficult to do so. Creating colourful picture collages, uploading photos, thinking of politically correct things to blog about on the web (cannot anyhow blog about what you r feeling ya know) etc, arghhh such a handful already. Haha, okay, i do realise im making a super simple thing like blogging sound hard eh.

life's been pretty much alright. work is getting heavier and heavier though. i've been working till about 8pm almost every night... all thanks to it being the audit peak period. And it'll peak even more in feb. whoopeedo. But i must say, i am really pretty happy with the great friends and colleagues i've made at the work place. truly an awesome bunch. its a pity we keep changing audit teams after ever engagement, so i don't usually get to work with the same bunch of people all the time.
I don't understand how some people can maintain an exciting social life after work. I am really really exhausted after work everyday... how do they do it? I mean, i look horrible after work, hair messy ah, face oily la, i look sooo tired&weary... how to meet up with people like that?! Weekends are really short too, and i spend most of my time resting at home. sighh. so the only time i manage to have abit of fun is during long public holidays(how often does that happen)! My girlfriends and i are thinking of taking up exciting activities like dancing and french lessons, etc. i wonder how long that'll last though.
