The Southern Experience

And so the 6 of us- Martyn, Yu Xia, Andrew, Vernon, Steph and myself, ventured down to Margaret River on a 3-day road trip. It was a really refreshing experience, being close to nature and marvelling at God's wonderous creations. We met with 2 vast ocean surfaces (southern & indian), canoed in the wilderness, tracked the hilly lush forests by the river banks, ate cultural aboriginal food (emu, kangaroo, wild turkey and some worm paste thing) and explored majestic caves which were thousands and thousands of years old. Okay, maybe i'm over exaggerating a tad wee bit. Grin.
